Workshops & Experiences

Workshops are a beautiful way to begin, or to reconnect when you feel a bit far away from yourself again.

They offer a focused space to pause, step out of your head, and come back into your body — even if just for a short moment. And often, that moment is enough to remind you of what’s possible.

In these sessions, you’ll be guided through simple, grounded practices that help you reconnect to your body, your breath, and your emotional landscape in a way that feels accessible and safe. You don’t need prior experience. Just a willingness to show up as you are.

Retreats & In-Person Spaces

There is a different depth that becomes available when you step out of your everyday environment and give yourself the space to fully arrive.

Retreats are designed as immersive experiences where you can disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself in a more sustained and supported way. With more time, more space, and a carefully held environment, your system can begin to soften in ways that are often not accessible in shorter formats.

These spaces will be intimate, intentional, and created with care — allowing for real, embodied shifts to happen, not through pressure, but through presence.

1:1 Embodiment Coaching


This is a space where you get to be fully met.

A space where you don’t have to hold it all together, where you can slow down and begin to listen to what’s actually happening inside of you — beyond the overthinking, the coping, the pushing through.

In our work together, we gently explore where you feel disconnected, what your body is holding, and what you may have learned to suppress or move away from over time. Not to force anything open, but to create enough safety for you to begin feeling again in a way that is grounded and sustainable.

This is not about quick fixes or surface-level change. It’s about building a different relationship with yourself — one where you can feel, trust, and respond from a place that is more connected and real.

Because when you feel safe in your body, everything starts to shift.

This space is intentionally intimate and selective. If you feel drawn to this kind of support, the first step is simply to connect.

Group Spaces & Containers

There is something deeply powerful about doing this work in the presence of others.

Group spaces allow you to experience that you’re not alone in what you feel, that others are moving through similar layers, even if their stories look different on the surface. There is a kind of softening that happens in these spaces — a sense of being seen without needing to explain or perform.

Inside these containers, you’re invited to slow down, to feel, and to explore your inner world while being held within a shared field of safety and honesty. It’s not about comparing or performing healing, but about allowing yourself to be where you are, while being supported by the presence of others doing the same.

These spaces are gentle, but they are also powerful. They allow things to shift in a way that often feels more natural and integrated, because you’re not forcing change — you’re allowing it.
